I've had this happen sometimes after I've modified a template, but haven't refreshed my Podio instance. Try logging out and back in or refreshing the browser. That usually fixes it for me.

Have you considered using a duration field to capture number of days? Or does it need to be off of start and end date?

If you need to delete a record, you go into the record and there is a little trash can icon at the top right of your record. If you need to delete a whole app, you need to click on the wrench next...

I understand what you're saying, but when I'm attempting to apply filters, it's only allowing me to add a single "Last Edited" filter at a time, am I missing something?

Official comment If you click your profile icon and then "Account Setting" you should be able to add another email address to be verified.
