Agree with the sentiments here.  I too get the impression that little new functionality has appeared since Cisco came on the scene.  Other than integration with GoTo meeting ;-)

3. How do I delete many line items at once?

Like pressing the delete key on a highlighted item (as you can press the 'T' key to create a task).  Currently it is three or four clicks and navigations to delete an item.  Aghhhhhh.
