Sadly I had to move away from Podio and instead installed SuiteCRM on my own server. Sadly I say, because Podio was very easy to use, but this thing and a couple of others just made it not as good ...

3. Ability to hide/limit/sort 'Related items' within Apps.

This so needed. Related items can get VERY messy very soon. Would be better if they at least where listed as a normal list, not these card things.

I agree. Tasks should be able to be set on an app-basis. Some apps have no need for it and it can be confusing instead.

Agree. You should be able to decide whether or not a related item should show. It can get very messy, very soon.
