Data Structure Analysis & Automating Optimization

Hey everybody,

for data structure-optimization we are analyzing our current system. We use "Quivvy" as a great tool for the first steps, but we are missing out on indicators about the interconnectedness of fields, apps and flows.

That’s why I have these questions:

1. How can we easily find central apps, fields and workflows in our >250 Apps, >5000 Fields and >1000 Flows?

As one possible approach for this, we though of using visual notations; so:

2. Is it possible to generate UML (or other) notations (indirectly) from Podio-data? (Both Object-diagrams for our data and Activity-diagrams for our interconnected flows)

And based on this, we wonder

3. how to use AI to automatically restructure our data & flows, so we do not have to start from scratch again. Do you know any tools that might help us?
