Change phone field default type on webform

Hi everyone

Can someone let me know how to change the default phone type on the web forms?

It always shows Other.

  Hi Miguel, the only way around this would be to make an API call to Podio app that you’re using the webform for.

  You need to make an API call to update the app and specifically update the field which have phone types as “Work”, “Other” etc to whatever custom type of phone type you prefer.

  Keeping in mind that you remove all default values from that app field and only add the one’s you need.

  That way webform will show only the one’s that are updated.

  So, we can't change the order of appearance of this field when the webform renders unless we do the API call, is that right?

  I don't want to have a phone custom type, just would like to have "work" as the default value instead to show up instead of "other".

  Not even using CSS?

  Yes, you’ll need to make the API call to update the phone number type, you should keep one phone type at the top and remove others.

  I don’t think CSS would help here!
