podium invitation not received

Situation is like this.
A new employee will start with us, but the problem is that the request for podio was requested earlier than the email address was created. This obviously prevented this person from receiving the invitation email. Now I've removed and re-added this person in Podio but he still don't receive an invitation. And password reset doesn't help either.
