Held Hostage and Locked Out of Podio Functionality
Our company received a message on Friday at 2:00 pm that we were nearing 100% of our availability and we needed to upgrade. Then by 2:30 none of the flows were working. We paid and on Sunday at 1:00 PM still not functional. No warnings, no emails sent as a heads up, and NO ONE to assist us. We filed a support ticket on Friday as well, but nothing. This is critically affecting our ability to do business. We are a real estate company and thus work 365 days a year. Also, texts/sms are not sending out from Podio, no idea if this is simply coincidental or a separate issue.
