Workflow Trigger an Email Reply : change reply email adress
I use "Triger another flow" to track email replies in Podio.
The reply email adress the client sees is a @workflox.automation.podio.com adress ; as clients won't send an email to this unknown email adress.
Is there a way to set up our own email adress ?
We use gmail.
Under PWA account settings, you can link to a SMTP provider then you can send emails under your own domain. (Note you'll also need to update your DKIM & DNS records to whitelist the PWA domain as an authorised sender on your account to prevent emails going into recipients' spam folders)
