Calculation to take string of phone numbers and send it to phone field.

Is there a calculation that would take a string of phone numbers separated by a comma and populate the phone field with a list of the numbers? 

Example: 

Text Field: 123-432-1234, 321-432-6123, 323-456-4321 

Calculation sends data from text to phone field

Phone Field:

123-432-1234

 321-432-6123

323-456-4321
