What I've realized as well is, the data will pull but ONLY if the data is pulling from the app this is originated from.

Hi Jordon, looks like the data is coming ip empty, instead of triggering the flow, send a screenshot of the below:

Click “Stimulate vars” at the bottom of your flow, and select an example item, here you can see what items are being collected when referenced, if there are no items, that means your referencing is incorrect.

I’m not fully sure on how the apps are connected and what’s your end goal, meaning, what data you want to display in your PDF? If you can throw some light on that, I’ll be able to help you out in this.

Let me know how that goes!

I've done some variable checks and it's saying that the data I'm referencing is "Empty". That makes since of why it's not pulling. What doesn't make since is that the data is not empty. I've double checked my relationships and they are linked. I've erased the relationship, saved, re-attached the relationship, saved, and it's still not finding the data in any of the fields under that app. It's finding data referenced in other apps but not this or another app as well. Any suggestions? Should I erase all my relations and start over from scratch? If so, should I go ahead and recreate all my triggers as well? I noticed they seem to stop working when messing with relationships.

Hey Jordon, since relationship is coming up empty, this means the item you’re testing this on doesn’t have the relationship attached properly.

I’d suggest you to do the following:

    - Instead of using reference field as “Any” use a specific field where you are sure that this field references the item directly, meaning, in your Projects app where you’re trying to create the report, a field must reference directly to your 8D projects app.

-In similar fashion follow the references to another app the same way as described above. (2D Describe the problem & 3D Containment app)

Make sure that you create a test item in all of these apps and reference them properly.

At last, as I can see in your screenshot, you’re using 8D app’s token, so why are you following the references to another app when you want to simply print out the name of the Project Owner in your PDF?

Let me know how that goes, if this still doesn’t work, I’ll be able to assist you on this over a screenshare call, please write an email to me on this email realestateautomativesolutions@gmail.com

    All the best!

This error occurs when an object in the PDF document is incomplete, or when an object is missing a key element. Frequently, the error occurs when the web server does not download enough of the object to make it usable.

    Automations Bot,

I'm interested in what you mean 8D app's token. Are you speaking about (Ref)? This is the only option it gives me when attempt to pull the data. If there is some other way I should be attempting to pull this data, I would like to know how.

I've went on ahead and separated all the relations in each app and this didn't help as well.

I am able to pull reference the data from actions, then my 8D Congratulated, but then the it stops. 7D, 6D, 5D, 4D, 3D, etc doesn't pull any data. I would appreciate a screenshare call whenever you have time. I appreciate your help with this.
