When Importing from Excel ADD don't REPLACE Fields

When importing an excel data, we need to be able to append instead of replace. For example, when I add an excel file with the same customer data. i want the new customer data to append to the current podio item. Like a new phone number. instead of replacing the current phone number in podio, add the new phone number to the podio item.
