New Feature - Delete Podio Chat Messages

Hi Podio Users,

We are glad to announce a frequently asked for Podio feature - Ability to delete messages in Podio Chat!

All you need to do is go to the Conversations page, hover on the message block and you'll see a delete icon next to the timestamp. Click on delete and confirm deletion. The message will then disappear for both you and the receiver!

• This feature is only available on the Conversations Page and not on the right side-panel for now
• You can only delete chat messages sent by you and not the messages received by you
• The feature also lets you delete any files you might have attached with a message

This new features helps you to recall any sensitive information sent to a colleague or a client by mistake.

Delete Batch Jobs

A few days earlier, we also added another new feature on https://podio.com/batches to allow users to delete all their batch jobs instantly.
