    I'm sure there's another way but if you add a date field that gets filled in when the lead is created, you can use that date field -7 days to send the email/text.  Here's a screenshot of one of mine where I have a date field that gets filled in with a different flow.  Then each morning at 7:15, it looks to see if the date is coming in 2 days and then sends a text and email to the customer.

    From there, you're just adding block to send an email and a block to send a text.

    Hi Isaac,

    You can create a date flow for that:

    • create a new flow and select 'triggered by date'
    • in the filters, select created date and set the number of days overdue

    Then complete the flow with the email action(s)
