I have had some feedback from my team that they would like to be able to have a better overview of related items connected to one item so they know which one to open as this can take up a lot of time.
This is how we operate:
1) An item is received (referral for a service)
2) Every time a team member contacts the client, they complete a report which is linked (relationship field) to the referral item (1)
3) When they need to open a specific report, they have to open every individual one to find the one they need (if they have forgotten the day it was completed).
They want a better overview of what the report item contains. I have tried to change the banner layout to add more information at first sight, but the view is still very limited.
If anyone has any ideas on how I can make this more user-friendly for them please let me know.
