Conversion Tracking with Podi Web Forms
Because Podio webforms are a click and submit button without a landing page redirect, it's impossible to track conversions and see what lead generation campaigns are actually working.
I came across this post from 9 years ago where someone had the same issue (https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/200515398-Trigger-Google-analytics-goal-on-webform-submit) and I'm surprised that this hasn't yet been a feature added.
I would love to see conversion tracking added!

In the webform's configuration options, under "After submission", you can set a link to redirect the user to after submission.
So you can redirect the user to a thank you page on your website and track conversions on that page.
If your webform is embedded (as they very often are), be sure to keep the landing page simple (i.e. having no headers or sidebars), because it will be loaded inside the same frame.

With Podio webforms, you could potentially pull this off with pre-filled (hidden) fields (for UTMs, Click IDs, Landing page) and some custom CSS that hides those fields.
But honestly you'd probably find it easier to maintain a system that used a more feature-rich form tool like Gravity Forms or Jotform which can be pretty easily integrated with Podio. There's a Gravity Forms add-on for Podio available from GravityPlus, and you could also use Zapier or webhooks (with a Podio Workflow Automation webhook flow to catch these) with just about any form tool
You could also use MomentumTools.io Dynamic Forms, which is a Podio-specific extension.
