Ardoq Workspace to Azure COSMOS Graph DB migration

I have been working on moving my workspaces from Ardoq to cosmos graph DB. However, the only way to export data from ardoq is using excel files and cosmos graph DB uses JSON format of the data. is there any way that I can move my graphs from Ardoq to Cosmos without going through the struggle of developing an API to reformat my Ardoq data.
