Webhook Limit

Good day Support,

I noticed your documentation about Webhook, that you can have up to 10 webhooks of each type (create, update, delete etc.) of each item, app, comment etc.

I'd like to confirm if this limit is per account/client? or are the 10 webhooks global?

My scenario is that I have multiple applications and I'm monitoring specific fields per application, and I might reach 10 fields in one app. Can I configure another 10 but in another app?
