    You can create an app for the errors and use its email to app address to send the errors to. When all errors arrive in one app, you can add statuses, build views and create error handling flows etc to make it function as a system monitoring tool.

    Thank you Bavo, can you give me some more information on how I would go about this? How do I transfer to log errors from Citrix to create a new item in an 'Errors' app?

    In Podio Workflow Automation, under "logs", you can set the email address where the errors should be sent to.

    • create an app to collect the error
    • click the wrench icon and choose "email to app"

    • copy the email address
      I prefer the one that starts with the app name. Every email sent to this address will create an item that has the app itself as creator (if you take the first email address, every item will have you as its creator)


      You can also map email subject and body to the fields you want them to appear into. If not, Podio will create a field E2A Subject and E2A Body that will carry the values

    • Enter this email address in the PWA logs tab.

    Every PWA error will now appear as an item into your app. You can add fields for follow-up functionality, build views etc.
