Pop up triggered if there is missing information

Hello,

I use Podio as our CRM system. We want to make sure that client profiles as always up to date and all required fields are filled.

e.g.

DON'T FORGET TO ASK EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY QUESTIONS

THERE IS SOME MISSING INFORMATION, PLEASE FILL IT IN:

- DATE OF BIRTH

Can I integrate with another program to do this? Any ideas?
