As an Organisation Admin in a Paid Podio organisation, do you wish to add more control to your organisation to secure data from being deleted or workspaces created without admin knowledge?
We hear you!
Today, we launch User Restrictions in Paid Organisations where:
- Only Organisation Admins can create Workspaces
- Only Organisation Admins can delete Apps and Workspaces
This will ensure admins are included in all workspaces going forward. Users will not see the option to create a new workspace and delete workspace option will also be disabled for them. Users can still create apps when added as workspace admins.
Pro Tip: To streamline the process, you can create a request flow through which users/employees can request a workspace for a certain use case and have workspace approved by IT admin user. This can be done via a Podio app and automated using API.
To get these user restrictions applied to your organisation, the Contract Owner of Paid organisations can request this via Podio Support.
