how to get the last modification date of a category type field?

I have a STATUS field with 3 options, OPEN CLOSED PENDING.

I would like to get the date when it changes to CLOSED.
I also need to update my history

I appreciate your help 😊

  Can you put in a hidden date field and create a flow that when the status it changed to CLOSED, it updates the date field with the current date?
