To test changes or implement new internal processes with the existing system we want to be able to explore how the new changes would affect the way we are doing reporting now but at the same time not interrupt my existing day-to-day operations that are running on our current production Podio system.

There is no 'sandbox' instance concept for Podio currently and we want Podio to bring in this capability in the future.

  We create mock items and run them through our process and debug and test on them. Maybe that would help.
