Creating Podio API C# Console Apps with Podio API

Hello sir / Ma'am,

I'm new here with creating API from Podio. Please help me guide is it Possible to have an API using Console Apps for Podio? My 1st Main Task is that I have a Spreadsheet Google I already have Created an API using Console Apps taking out the Data from the Spreadsheet Excel to a SQLite Database i have in the Console Apps API Project i Created now i code a condition that if the Data found a Status of 0 that data needs to be Place on Podio Where the Process should be.  I will create a Workplace Automatically on Podio using code CSharp .net (I do not know if this is possible yet) i would name the workplace like BatchHire then Date after then i gather the List Profile on the Database with 0 Status and Add Them up under that Workplace Created per batch and with same Column of the database row i have?

Please do enlighten is this possible in Podio API for .Net ?

  Just create an webhook in podio, then call that webhook end point in your c# console app.

  do you have a link for this to follow how ? i'm new in podio and i do not know how it is done although i tried following mostly samples from the documentations but none of them works so please if its just from the simple start connection to podio apps and manipulating the workplace by creating item on it. just first step then ill try to work on it then afterwards
