Counting entries in a calendar app

Hi Everyone,

Appreciate any help.

I created a really simple app for booking a desk in the office. Name field which is a relationship field and date field for when you want the office. The results display in a calendar layout, persons name in the day they booked,really simple really easy.

However we currently only allow a max of 10 in the office per day, is there a way to add a count which updates if someone deletes an entry? Or even better change the colour of the calendar entry if at a certain number of entries?

9 or less, all entries are green, once you have 10 it becomes red? That would be great, otherwise...

I'm thinking 1 + name of person 1

2 + name of person 2 etc, etc

We will be increasing the office to 20 soon and I don't want people moaning at me about counting the number of entries.

There maybe an easier, more elegant solution - any help is most appreciated - thanks all.
