Can’t remove user from workspace

Thank you for contacting us here with this support question. There are a couple of reasons as to why you would get this message. One is that you are on a non-paid plan type.
The other, which I believe is your situation, is that you are on an older plan which allowed for you to upgrade a workspace, rather than the entire organization. Unfortunately, this arrangement is no longer supported.
When you click in your billing section, you will see an option to "Upgrade all workspaces". Once you do this, you will then be able to remove members through the User Management tool. Note that this will also charge you for members already in those non-upgraded spaces.
