smrtphone log on Seller Lead Activity feed - Real Estate Investment App Pack

Hey all,

 

I'm using the Real Estate Investment App Pack and smrtphone for calling texting.  The only issue is, the communication details are not logged on the Seller Lead activity feed.  It just shows a general entry that a communication happened.

 

Any thoughts on how I can change this to show text transcripts and possibly call recordings from smrtphone?

  I know you already have a pending Podio Partner Request with me however there are ways to display call / SMS history via Calculation fields and you can write flows too display the info you wish in the comment history (which is my preferred method). 
  
  The latter is a bit complicated to get working smoothly.
