Best Twilio click2call system? Or Best click2call system?

Hey all,

I'm using the Real Estate Investment App Pack (https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017468820-Real-Estate-Investment-App-Pack) and I have Twilio set up for SMS and Calling.

When I open a Seller Lead and click the phone number listed, my computer is asking me to open Skype or a comparable program to make the call.  

Two questions:

What's the best click2call phone setup for Twilio? (I'd like this to be 100% cloud-based if possible)

Would Smrtphone be a better choice than Twilio?  (I like the idea of their power dialer feature)

Context:  I'm a real estate investor running a team of BDR's.  The BDR's run drip sequences and then cold call the lists to follow up on the leads.
