A simple division calculation (shows wrong answer)

Hello,

I thought I knew how to "divide" with podio calculations but apparently not.

I have 3 number fields. Each with numeric data.

I then have a calculation field that is used to show the "average".

Here is my calc:

@C1 - # of Backlinks + @C2 - # of Backlinks + @C3 - # of Backlinks / 3

For some reason the answer is wrong:

C1 is 1549

C2 is 444

C3 is 209

Yet the answer shown in Podio is: 2063 (should be 734)

How can I fix this?

  Hi Randall,
  use brackets:

  (@C1 - # of Backlinks + @C2 - # of Backlinks + @C3 - # of Backlinks) / 3
