Warning "Create Task user field will need to be set." - Real Estate Investment App Pack workflow 4-4-0 Task Creation in Seller Leads

Workflow 4-4-0 Task Creation workflow in Seller Leads has a warning: "Create Task user field will need to be set." 

What does the warning mean? What do I need to do exactly?

  If you scroll down in the PWA flow editor, you'll see the "Assign a Task in Podio" action.

  You just need to set the "Assign Task to" field in that action.  It can either be a specific user, or you can use the "Lead Assigned To" field in the Seller Leads app (which is hidden by default)

  Thank you, Bill. 

  In the default flow, Lead Assigned To was already selected, but the warning was still displayed. After reading your reply, I opened the flow and clicked Save without making any changes, then the warning went away.
