Podio Webhook response time?

Is anyone else having this issue today?

I use Podio to mail merge data to cover letters.

95% of the time, my Podio Webhooks fire off a Webmerge/Formstack mail merge almost immediately and the resulting .doc file is added to my Podio record within seconds.

However today, they are taking hours and hours.

I've spoken to Citrix support who were...... unhelpful and said they couldn't help.

Does anyone else experience these massive webhook firing slow downs with Webmerge/Formstack, and is there anything I can do to get them working faster again?

  On occasion I do see slowdowns (though almost never "hours to hours" of delays), but typically the slowdown is reported in the metrics on status.podio.com.  

  Do you see any throttles in your Podio Workflow Automation (Globiflow) account?  That's about the only reason I've seen delays of "hours and hours."

  It can't be anything to do with Globiflow as my automation for Webmerge goes through a webhook and not a Globiflow Automation.

  All my webmerge actions took around 2.5 hours yesterday to complete, when normally they take about 2-3 seconds. So I'm perplexed.
