Fields Not displaying as "Reset" after Flows reset the field
I recently had an issue where fields inside an app were not displaying as reset (o "No value")even though the activity log was recording it as being reset to "No value". This was happening whether I used the Podio flows for the app, Globiflow, or another IoT service such as Integromat or Zapier. To have the field show as "No value" I needed to refresh my browser or click the category button again (example is for a category button, but the issue occurred for all field types). This was a poor user experience since clicking the button is a Submit scenario, and I needed it to be reset to "No Value" ready to perform the next Submit. The image below shows the activity log and the state of the category button.
Solving this issue is kind of simple. It is an advanced setting. In the app settings go to Advanced Settings and un-check the setting "Dissable notifications for items created / edited / deleted for users that follow this app"
This took some time to find the cause of this issue, and I couldn't seem to find an answer on any of the forums, so hopefully someone else experiencing this same issue can find this post.
