Bulk Import From Google Sheet to Podio - Fail

Sometimes, simple tasks can take hours if not days for our frustration. 

I downloaded Google Sheet both as Excel and CS Fields. 

I then go to Excel import, match the columns, and for the key, if I uncheck all, it says it will import 0. And in fact, it imports nothing. 

If I keep one key on the field, it will either import nothing (if it is a unique field) or it will replace the same entry with the next row (when the field is common for all rows). 

So, where I am making the silliest mistake? Brand new import, no data on Podio.

EDIT: Info from the import: 0 rows completed; 497 rows skipped; 0 rows failed.
There a "successfull" import when Podio highlighted the address (as text field, instead of address field). This one imported the row. When I put the address in the Podio Address field, it is not importing anything.). It seems to be a bug for me. I have tried probably 10+ times :(
