Big Struggle. HELP ME

A week ago I upgraded my plan from Free to PLUS. I just noticed that the upgrade has been made on one Trial Organization that I have created some Time ago to do some tests (No elements created on any app) and that my working organization with active users and data has not been upgraded. 

 

I try to upgrade my plan from my real organization and it seems that I am not able to do that because I am not the owner of the organization. I created the whole Podio organization, templates, workspaces, etc. I also tried to get access to the organization settings from the other users but it doesnt work either. Is there a way that I can check who is the organization owner or any idea on how to solve this whole issue? This workspace is not allowing me to add any extra element because I reached the limit and is making me crazy.

  I was able to find the Podio support ticket regarding this issue and looks like at this time it has been resolved :)
