How do I add a descriptive line of text in an app form?

Is it possible to add a descriptive text in between the different fields in an app? Thanks for your answer!

  You can use a script element to output some styled text.

  Hello Caludia, 

  You should be able to add "help texts" for each field in the app that will display an overlay of the text field when the user is entering information in the field.
