Can anyone find Podio Support?
In early April I upgraded from a Basic 5 user plan to a Plus 200 user plan. Had a running correspondence with Podio and was all set for an admin training 3 weeks ago but they've since gone completely MIA and haven't heard from her or anyone else yet. Support requests submitted have also not been responded to. At the point where I may pursue a complete refund from my reseller based on these developments.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Please share, maybe someone at Podio will listen and pick up a phone.
