I need help with Podio badly....

Hi Podio,

 

My virtual assistant accidentally deleted the workspace in our account thus deleting the entire content. I have read a lot about this issue and workspaces not getting restored but I really need help on this. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, Podio does not offer any form of data recovery or system restore, I sincerely apologize.

We do urge our customers to set up their own backup solutions, either in a form of Podio extension, Excel export or via their own script. For more information on the different ways to backup your data in Podio, please follow the links below.
