Add the ability to resize/expand the Filter window

In our apps we have Items with long Titles that correspond to Questions on a Webform.  I.e. Is anyone in your household allergic to dogs?  These questions then become selection criteria and we use a Filter to narrow the list.  The trouble is there doesn't seem to be a way to expand the size of the Filter window so we can see the full question (see attached screenshot).  It would be fantastic if we could stretch or resize the Filter window to allow for this.

  I have run across that issue as well and would appreciate the enhancement.

  Another option would be to allow fields to have a short name and then webforms to have a longer name.  This would help on this issue as well as data exports.
