Calculated field to display Days since a Date field in my app

I have a field @Last Contacted Date and I want a calculated field to display the difference from that and today's date to prioritize my client follow ups. How do I calculate that? I'm a newbie and dont know Momentum or Javascript. Anyone can help?

Will this help: @Last Contacted Date - moment(date).toDate() : ""
