customer service

We have been trying over a month to get a response from Podio. There is NO customer service, I have not seen any other company providing such a bad service not caring at all about existing clients. I hope that someone will get back to us.

I'm happy to answer your support ticket, however, I'm unable to find it in our system. Did you use another email address to submit the ticket?
