Email notifications for all tags (even if the current item is open when the user is tagged)

Hi there,

We are requesting that email notifications get sent for all tags. Currently, if the user has the item open where they are being tagged, no notification email will be sent out. Can this be updated so that the email is sent whether the item is open or not.

This would really help with functionality for our entire team and other Podio users.

  I had such a case just yesterday ... they comment on an item , do something else (go in meeting , ...) , come back but close all applications to go home e.g. and never react on the last reply they missed ...very confusing.
