Same thing for me - very concerning as they dropped the news regarding free accounts right before the Holidays and then go silent.
Why is it taking so long for someone to help me with upgrading my account?
You all emailed everyone giving a very specific deadline for updating from the free accounts and yet it takes forever to get a response from my contact. This should not take so long when you gave us a short timeline to figure this all out. I have emailed and called and left a message and yet I wait. I would like answers now so that we do not end up losing all of our data.

I've had the same problem. Very disturbing since they have basically said we can't access out accounts unless we pay. I'm literally begging them to take money (having technical difficulties upgrading) and have received ZERO response.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, in these cases, the best way is to open a support ticket https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us, in case you have not done.
