We have a paid plan, but also sometimes invite users to our workspaces that don't have a paid account. How does this affect them?

    Hi @Rick,

As long as you have a paid plan, any user invited to your workspace will get the experience of a paid plan. In other words, no item limit will be applicable in the workspaces of your paid organisation account, irrespective of the user. But the same user will see the item limit when they log in to the workspaces of their other accounts that are not on paid plan.

Hi everybody, I hope your migrations to paid spaces are doing fine. I just finished deleting items in the only space I had that was above 500 items, and I hope that now I will stop seeing the message displayed there about "you have exceeded your quota, your space will be locked soon". Thanks again to Quivvy as an useful tool for visualizing your organizational maps, keep up with the good work :-)  Nice day to everyone.

Hello we are a small organisation with only 3 users on the free account. We only have 2 apps, with a total of 100 items (projects) across them both. Why am I receiving the 80% full messages, am i missing something here? i thought we had 500 items on a free account?
