What is happening with support?
I've seen many people have already advised they are waiting for replys on tickets? I have many that have not been answered. Please explain policy and what changes have happened? What is your KPI on this?

It looks like Mohammed has answered your tickets as recently as this morning. Are you not receiving his emails?
