Hi Raul,
Great question!
When on a fixed contract, you are paying for seats (licenses) which you can use to fill in with members. If you need to reduce the number of seats, you will first need to free up that license by removing that member in the User Management tool.
https://help.podio.com/hc/en-us/articles/201019828-User-Management
Once removed, you can then visit your billing page and reduce the number of seats. To access billing, click on your Silhouette icon located in the upper right hand corner and choose "Billing" from the choices. In that billing page tab, you can "Edit" your seats.

Is this data available via the API in any way? I think it'd be neat to build a scraper and graph the number of users online in a bunch of big subreddits for a week or two.

Hi Mason Mett
That I am not so sure about, however, you may be able to find a reference in our development guide.

Hi Abhinandan,
While support doesn't work a lot in with the API, doing some research in our forums, I was able to find this reference.
There Casper speaks to using the Get Contact reference to pull in data. Not sure if this is something that would be helpful, but you can see that in our API documentation here - https://developers.podio.com/doc/contacts/get-contacts-22400

Hey everyone, Is there any way to access this data using the API? Building a scraper to track user activity across a handful of popular subreddits for a week or two seems interesting to me.
