    Please confirm that the users have access to the items or workspaces, you can also confirm if the link that they have is the same as yours, this may be an expired link that is no longer working or the users do not have proper access.

    If you continue to have issues, please open a ticket from your account with the link: https://support.citrix.com/cscase#/podio and include the users' email addresses that are being affected.
