Need a workspace reference field

I populate meetings with internal references as needed, before according to the agenda, during according to attendees' needs, and afterwards if I have updated or created something in response to the meeting. Currently I use a website field in order to provide a shortcut to the app or workspace being referenced. Infrequent users often need reminding that the feature they are suggesting I should implement, already exists. Some may use an app or workspace infrequently, and need a reminder as to where it is. Other users may need an invitation to access a workspace they are now ready for. Podio has provided us with an "app reference field" in which individual items within an app can be referenced, which is fabulous! And used extensively! A similar field for linking to a workspace itself would be more elegant than using its URL in a website field. It would be great if the proposed field were to provide a view to those who don't have/need access, at the same time giving those with access a link to open it. We have a lot of projects, a lot of short term interns, a number of infrequent users of limited number of workspaces and app items, and anything we can do to make the meetings efficient is a big step up. Having someone step aside from the meeting to scroll through the workspaces to hunt for an app they're sure they've used but can't quite remember where it is, ensures inefficiency! Otherwise, I love Podio and don't know how I would manage without it! Thank you so very much!
