Serious issues when you don't have any support at all - Payment failed and we can't update or contact Podio
Hi Podio.
We experienced that our account suddently got suspended.
It states: "There has been a problem with your Podio payment
You have one or more invoices that are more than 30 days overdue. Please contact Podio support for further help."
We have had no warning. Accounting has just not noticed which card was attached to our Podio subscription. We would really like to update our billing details and pay our invoices, but this isn't possible. You no longer have Support in any form which is a serious problem - no email support, a useless chat bot and your phone support just hangs up the call.
Can you please assist with this issue?
