Changing the size of the buttons in my webform?

Hello all.

wondering if someone could help me out. I am trying to change the size of the buttons in my webform to fit on mobile. Right now they are larger than I would like on mobile and taking over the page giving less room to add in information because of the size. I was wondering if there is a way to change the size using CSS ( not to familiar with CSS, But i can follow instructions).
