Trouble Shooting A Form Submission Issue

We use Podio for form submission on our website, and on one of our forms people have tried to click "Submit" once they filled it out and it just says "Please Wait" and never submits the form.  Does anyone know what the issue may be?

  I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution Same issue still no fix to this.

  Hi Sierra,

   

  Greeting's for the day!

   

  This could be a typical browser cache issue for the user and resetting the browser/uninstalling the browser and reinstalling the browser deleting cache, cookies should be able to fix the issue!
