Modifiying an App to a particular project

We have different needs and information to control depending on the project.  If I modify the template for one project, why does it change it for all?  Can I modify the template with different intake questions without it not affecting the other projects in that app?

  Thanks for contacting Podio Support.

  The template in a specific app applies to all the items created in it, what we can suggest is adding a category field to be able to differentiate the projects, here is a link with more information on category fields:

  After applying category fields, you can use filters in the same app to view specific projects related to a category field, the article above has that information also.

   A project in Android Studio contains everything that defines your workspace you can provide your users with certain features of your app on-demand or as  Modules: Allows you to edit module-specific build configurations
